Rethink Mental Illness is seeking a Housing Team Leader to provide strong leadership for housing and floating support services across Yeovil and Taunton sites. You will work with the Service Manager to ensure compliant management and positive outcomes for residents.
You will lead staff, coach teams, recruit and onboard new members, and oversee housing operations, tenancy sign-ups, maintenance, and rent processes while coordinating with partner agencies to improve tenant outcomes.
