Rethink Mental Illness is seeking a Mental Health & Wellbeing Coach to join the Living Well Service in Derbyshire. You’ll work with people experiencing complex mental health challenges, helping them build confidence, self-management skills and access local support to improve wellbeing.
You’ll be embedded in a multi-disciplinary team, delivering one-to-one coaching, group sessions and community engagement while developing personalised wellbeing plans and safeguarding practices.
