Rethink Mental Illness is seeking a Team Leader for our Hawkesbury Lodge Residential Service in Coventry. This full-time role (35 hours/week) will involve leading a team of Mental Health Recovery Workers within a 24/7 residential setting, ensuring safe, recovery-focused support and effective service delivery on every shift.
You will work closely with the Service Manager to drive quality care, staff development and strong partnership working with healthcare professionals and community teams.
