As the GLOW Lead, you will take ownership of the full GLOW event series - reviewing, optimising and growing it using insight, creativity and sector expertise. You will work closely with Fundraising, Communications, Partnerships, Senior Leaders and future ambassadors to ensure GLOW delivers unforgettable experiences and impressive fundraising results. This is a role for someone who wants to shape, evolve and lead - not just manage. You will bring fresh thinking, bold ideas and a proactive spirit to ensure GLOW continues to shine brighter year after year.

What you will do:

  • Conduct a full review of the GLOW series using audience insight, financial data and feedback from previous participants.
  • Explore sponsorship, gifts-in-kind and new partnership opportunities.
  • Track market trends and best practice across the events sector.
  • Work with the Head of Community & Events to identify growth opportunities and maximise ROI.
  • Create tailored stewardship journeys that genuinely resonate with supporters.
  • Manage GLOW budgets and lead a strategic project to meet ambitious 5-year targets.
  • Support major cross-organisational campaigns such as Mental Health Awareness Week and World Mental Health Day.
  • Promote GLOW internally and externally to build excitement and increase engagement.
  • Ensure all activity complies with charity legislation and fundraising standards.

What you will bring:

  • Experience delivering exceptional stewardship and managing an events fundraising portfolio.
  • Evidence of growing and developing teams of event fundraisers.
  • Strong understanding of fundraising regulations and GDPR.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A creative, solutions-focused mindset.
  • Experience analysing complex data to make evidence-based decisions.
  • Confidence influencing stakeholders and managing multiple priorities.
  • Understanding of budget management, forecasting and project timelines.
  • Commitment to Equality, Diversity and Inclusion.
