Rethink Mental Illness is seeking a compassionate Crisis House Mental Health Recovery Worker to join our Crisis House team in Avonmouth, Bristol. You will provide recovery-focused support to individuals experiencing mental health challenges during a critical moment and help them identify strengths and set personal goals.
You will build trusting relationships, deliver person-centred support, promote independence and wellbeing, work with colleagues and wider networks, maintain accurate records.
