Rethink Mental Illness is seeking a Trainee Paid Relevant Person’s Representative (RPR) to support people deprived of their liberty.

This field-based role covers Camden and surrounding areas, progressing from learning to managing a caseload.

You’ll enrol on the Level 4 Independent Advocacy Practice qualification and gain hands‑on experience by shadowing and supervised practice.

You’ll start by learning and observing, with support at every step, before advancing to a Paid RPR role once qualified.
