Rethink Mental Illness, in partnership with TEWV NHS Foundation Trust, seeks a qualified Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner to join a stepped care mental health service in North East Prisons. The role runs 0800–1600 Monday to Friday and requires a full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle.

You will assess referrals, deliver low-intensity CBT-based interventions, and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure smooth step-up and step-down arrangements and continuity of care
