About Retention Machine
Retention Machine is an email and SMS marketing agency helping e-commerce brands turn one-time buyers into loyal customers. We build automated flows, design on-brand email templates, and create campaigns that drive real revenue, some of our clients generate over 40% of monthly revenue through email.
We are a small, fast-growing team having worked with well known global brands, and we are looking for someone hungry to learn the ropes of sales and business development.
The Role
You will help us grow by reaching out to e-commerce brands that could benefit from our services. You will be responsible for researching prospects, making cold calls, sending outreach messages, and booking intro calls for the founder.
There is not a strict call script. We will train you on how to talk about what we do, and you will have flexibility in your approach. If you are comfortable talking to people, curious about marketing, and want real sales experience, this is a great fit.
What You’ll Do
- Make cold calls to e-commerce brands and decision-makers
- Research and identify potential leads using LinkedIn, directories, and other tools
- Send follow-up emails or messages to generate interest and schedule calls
- Track activity and progress in our CRM, we will train you
- Work closely with the founder to refine outreach messaging and approach
