A growing Facilities Management business is looking to recruit an organised and proactive FM Scheduler / Compliance Administrator to support the coordination of planned maintenance, reactive works and small project jobs across a range of client sites. This is an office-based coordination role suited to someone with experience in Facilities Management, building maintenance, contractor coordination, service scheduling, helpdesk administration or similar.

The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling jobs, organising engineers' diaries, collating key site information and ensuring the correct documentation is in place before works are carried out.

The Role: As FM Scheduler / Compliance Administrator, you will act as a key link between clients, engineers, subcontractors and internal teams. You will help ensure jobs are booked in efficiently, engineers have the right information before attending site, and required documentation such as RAMS, site paperwork and compliance records are prepared, requested, checked and stored correctly.

This role would suit someone who is highly organised, confident speaking with clients and engineers, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
