This opportunity is not aimed at someone looking to develop a sales career. We are seeking an individual who is already operating successfully within the sector, understands the market intimately, and can leverage existing relationships to generate revenue and open doors from day one.

The Opportunity

You will be responsible for identifying, securing and developing new business opportunities across high-volume users of specialist labelling and packaging products. The successful candidate will be trusted to operate autonomously, targeting major end-users and multi-site organisations where annual account values can range from several hundred thousand pounds to well in excess of £1 million. You will inherit the backing of a substantial international manufacturing operation with strong production capabilities, established supply chains and the ability to support significant growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic business development plan across the UK.
  • Identify and secure new opportunities within retail, logistics, warehousing, fulfilment, distribution and related sectors.
  • Engage with procurement, operations, supply chain and senior leadership stakeholders.
  • Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Deliver revenue growth through both new business acquisition and account development.
  • Create and maintain a robust sales pipeline capable of delivering meaningful revenue within the first year.
  • Represent the business professionally within the marketplace and at industry events where required.

About You

To be considered, you must possess:

  • Proven sales experience within the labels, print, packaging or converting sectors.
  • A strong track record of winning and managing significant commercial accounts.
  • Experience supplying products into high-volume operational environments.
  • Existing relationships with procurement, operations and supply chain decision-makers.
  • Demonstrable success in generating new business and growing revenue streams.
  • Strong commercial awareness and the ability to identify opportunities quickly.
  • A consultative yet commercially focused sales approach.

Particular interest will be shown in individuals currently working within:

  • Label manufacturing and conversion
  • Thermal label solutions
  • Logistics and warehousing labelling
  • Packaging manufacturing
  • Print and packaging services
  • Barcode and identification solutions
  • Supply chain consumables

What's on Offer?

  • £60,000 - £70,000 basic salary depending on experience.
  • Commission and performance incentives.
  • Significant autonomy and flexibility.
  • Genuine opportunity to influence commercial strategy.
