As a pivotal part of our team, you will ensure the smooth coordination of tasks, providing exceptional service to customers and supporting engineers with their daily operations.
Responsibilities will include:
Scheduling works for Facilities Management Engineers, including logging call-outs and booking works with clients.
Ensuring all required documentation, such as RAMS, POWs, and other compliance records, are logged ahead of scheduled works.
Upgrading quotations with customer Purchase Orders and creating PPM contracts from approved quotes.
Booking compliance works and tracking engineers\’ job sheet scores to support continuous improvement.
Creating and managing jobs for training sessions and team meetings.
Experience and skills required:
Previous experience working in a customer-focused, office-based administration role is essential
A methodical and process-driven approach to work, with an eye for detail and organisation.
The ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to provide clear and professional support to customers and colleagues.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, is essential.
Experience working with service management software such as Job Logic is advantageous but not required as training will be provided
