Permanent position
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established Facilities Management company based in Coventry, who are looking to appoint a qualified Carpenter on a permanent basis due to increased workload.
This is a hands-on, varied role working across planned and reactive maintenance, alongside fit-out and refurbishment projects across the Midlands.
The Role
- Carrying out planned and reactive carpentry maintenance
- Supporting fit-out and renovation works
- Undertaking occasional multi-trade tasks where required
- Working across commercial and public sector environments
- Travel across the Midlands, with very occasional overnight stays
Requirements
- Minimum Level 2 qualification in Carpentry & Joinery (City & Guilds or NVQ)
- Proven experience within maintenance, FM, or fit-out environments
- Ability to carry out multi-trade tasks when needed
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Reliable, professional, and comfortable working as part of a team

This role is ideal for candidates with a short or immediate notice period. Applicants must be experienced in working as a direct employee (PAYE) rather than operating as a subcontractor or self-employed.
