We're recruiting full-time and part-time Community Healthcare Assistants to support our clients at home. We have work available in Salisbury, Amesbury, Wilton, Harnham, Laverstock, Odstock and surrounding areas.

Pay rates from £13.65 to £14.65 per hour, up to £18.50 per hour on a bank holiday. Typically earn between £530 and £725 per week depending on hours.

- Mornings: 7:00 am – 2:00 pm
- Evenings: 4:00 pm – 10:00 pm
- Nights: 10:00 pm – 7:00 am
- Every other weekend availability (with a focus on work‑life balance)

What You’ll Be Doing
- Personal care (washing, dressing, continence support)
- Meal preparation and medication support
- Encouraging independence through an outcome‑focused approach
- Companionship – making someone’s day brighter
- Light household tasks
- Working alongside families, Social Workers, Nurses and other professionals
- Reporting changes and maintaining care records
