We’re recruiting full‑time and part‑time Community Healthcare Assistants to support our clients at home. Work is available in Cheltenham, St Peters, St Marks, Gloucester, Tuffley, Fairford and surrounding areas.

Pay rates: from £13.25 to £14.50 per hour, up to £18.50 per hour on a bank holiday. Typically earn between £530 and £725 per week depending on hours.

Flexible Work That Fits Around You

  • Mornings: 7:00 am – 2:00 pm
  • Evenings: 4:00 pm – 10:00 pm
  • Nights: 10:00 pm – 7:00 am
  • Every other weekend availability (focused on work‑life balance)
  • Full‑time and part‑time roles available.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Support people in their own homes to stay safe, independent and connected
  • Provide personal care (washing, dressing, continence support)
  • Prepare meals and provide medication support
  • Encourage independence through an outcome‑focused approach
  • Offer companionship to brighten someone’s day
  • Perform light household tasks
  • Work alongside families, social workers, nurses and other professionals
  • Report changes and maintain care records
