We have work available in Salisbury, Amesbury, Wilton, Harnham, Laverstock, Odstock and surrounding areas.

Pay rates from £13.65 to £14.65 per hour, up to £18.50 per hour on a bank holiday. Typically earn between £530 and £725 per week depending on hours.

Flexible Work That Fits Around You

  • Mornings 7:00am – 2:00pm
  • Evenings 4:00pm – 10:00pm
  • Nights 10:00pm – 7:00am
  • Every other weekend availability (with a focus on work‑life balance)

  • Personal care (washing, dressing, continence support)
  • Meal preparation and medication support
  • Encouraging independence through an outcome‑focused approach

  • Working alongside families, social workers, nurses and other professionals
  • Reporting changes and maintaining care records
