We’re recruiting full-time and part-time Reablement Support Workers to support our clients at home following a stay in hospital. We have work available in Stroud and surrounding areas.

Flexible Work That Fits Around You

We offer a flexible approach to shifts, including:

  • Mornings 8:00am – 2:00pm
  • Evenings 4:00pm – 10:00pm
  • Every other Weekend availability (with a focus on work-life balance)
  • Full-time and part-time roles available

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Reablement Support Worker, you’ll support people in their own homes—helping people to maintain their independence in:

  • Personal care (washing, dressing, continence support)
  • Meal preparation and medication
  • Encouraging independence through an outcome-focused approach following their reablement pathway
  • Maintaining a safe environment
  • Working alongside families, Social Workers, OT’s and Physiotherapy teams including other professionals to provide a therapeutic service
  • Reporting changes and maintaining care records and peoples progress on their reablement pathway
