The Role
We are seeking compassionate and reliable Healthcare Assistants to join our agency team, supporting various care and nursing homes across Gloucestershire and Wiltshire.
This role offers the flexibility to choose your own shifts while maintaining a consistent presence within the local healthcare community.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing high‑quality personal care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and toileting.
- Assisting residents with mobility and meal times.
- Medication administration and accurate record‑keeping.
- Delivering emotional support and companionship to residents.
- Ensuring the safety and security of all individuals within the care setting.
- Maintaining 100% confidentiality regarding sensitive resident information.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months of proven experience working in a UK care setting.
- Willingness to travel to different locations around Gloucestershire, specifically Stinchcombe and Frampton‑On‑Severn.
- Willingness to attend mandatory induction training.
- Excellent communication and a patient, empathetic nature.
