Support Worker - Supported Living (Female only)
Salary: from £13.10 per hour
Location: Chippenham, Wiltshire
Retain Healthcare is a fast-growing provider of supported living services in around the Chippenham area including Trowbridge, Westbury, Calne and Corsham. We are dedicated to empowering individuals with Autism, Learning Disabilities and/or Mental Health needs and complex behaviours, to live fulfilling and independent lives. We offer a range of personalised support services, tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual.

Key Responsibilities
- Providing personalised support to individuals, ensuring their well-being and safety.
- Assisting with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication management.
- Supporting individuals in developing and maintaining social relationships and participating in community activities.
- Promoting independence and self-advocacy skills.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of support provided via Digital Care Planning.
- Working collaboratively with other professionals involved in the individual's care, such as family members, healthcare providers, and social workers.
Skills and Qualifications
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities, preferably in a supported living setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
- A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle essential.
- PMVA qualification or experience in caregiving or social work are desirable but not essential as all training will be given.
