We’re recruiting full‑time and part‑time Community Healthcare Assistants to support our clients at home. We have work available in Bath, Radstock, Trowbridge and surrounding areas. Whether you’re experienced or new to care, we’ll give you all the training, support and opportunities you need to build a rewarding career.
Pay rates from £13.65 to £14.65 per hour, up to £18.50 per hour on a bank holiday. Typically earn between £530 and £725 per week depending on hours.

We offer a flexible approach to shifts, including:
- Mornings: 7:00am – 2:00pm
- Evenings: 4:00pm – 10:00pm
- Night shift: 10:00pm to 7:00am
- Every other weekend availability (with a focus on work‑life balance)
- Full‑time and part‑time roles available.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Support people in their own homes—helping them stay safe, independent and connected.
- Personal care (washing, dressing, continence support).
- Meal preparation and medication support.
- Encouraging independence through an outcome‑focused approach.
- Companionship – making someone’s day brighter.
- Light household tasks.
- Working alongside families, social workers, nurses and other professionals.
- Reporting changes and maintaining care records.
