Retain Healthcare, a leading provider of Homecare staffing, Agency staffing, and Social Care Training across the Southwest, is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Assistant to join our team of three. You must be organized, methodical and detail oriented.
- Sales Ledger
- Produce invoices on a weekly, 4 weekly and monthly basis
- Cross reference invoices to care system to ensure all rates are accurate
- Assist the Credit Controller and Branch managers in resolving any discrepancies
- Purchase Ledger
- Posting purchase invoices and credit notes
- Processing credit card purchases
- Posting petty cash
- Additional Finance Duties
- Assisting the Finance Manager with the weekly payroll in the absence of the Payroll Assistant
- General finance support as required by the business
