Salary: £12.60 to £14.50 per hour (reflecting the higher client needs and enhanced weekend rate)

Key Responsibilities- Providing personalised support to individuals, ensuring their well-being and safety.
- Assisting with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication management.
- Supporting individuals in developing and maintaining social relationships and participating in community activities.
- Promoting independence and self-advocacy skills.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of support provided via Digital Care Planning.
- Working collaboratively with other professionals involved in the individual's care, such as family members, healthcare providers, and social workers.
- At least 6 months of experience in supported living environments.
- Skilled in managing challenging behaviours with empathy and professionalism.
- Ability to provide tailored support to individuals with diverse disabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle essential.
- PMVA qualification or experience in caregiving or social work are desirable but not essential as all training will be given.
