We're recruiting full‑time and part‑time Reablement Support Workers to support our clients at home following a stay in hospital. We have work available in Stroud and surrounding areas.

Flexible Work That Fits Around You
- Mornings 8:00 am – 2:00 pm
- Evenings 4:00 pm – 10:00 pm
- Every other weekend availability (with a focus on work‑life balance)
- Full‑time and part‑time roles available
What You’ll Be Doing
- Helping people maintain their independence in personal care (washing, dressing, continence support)
- Meal preparation and medication
- Encouraging independence through an outcome‑focused approach following their reablement pathway
- Maintaining a safe environment
- Working alongside families, social workers, OT’s and physiotherapy teams including other professionals to provide a therapeutic service
- Reporting changes and maintaining care records and people’s progress on their reablement pathway
