We're recruiting full‑time and part‑time Reablement Support Workers to support our clients at home following a stay in hospital. We have work available in Stroud and surrounding areas.

Flexible Work That Fits Around You

  • Mornings 8:00 am – 2:00 pm
  • Evenings 4:00 pm – 10:00 pm
  • Every other weekend availability (with a focus on work‑life balance)
  • Full‑time and part‑time roles available

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Helping people maintain their independence in personal care (washing, dressing, continence support)
  • Meal preparation and medication
  • Encouraging independence through an outcome‑focused approach following their reablement pathway
  • Maintaining a safe environment
  • Working alongside families, social workers, OT’s and physiotherapy teams including other professionals to provide a therapeutic service
  • Reporting changes and maintaining care records and people’s progress on their reablement pathway
