About The Role

You will provide one-to-one support in the community and at home, ensuring the individual's needs are met in a safe, respectful, and positive manner. The role requires confidence, patience, and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations while building a trusting and supportive relationship.

Essential Requirements:

  • Previous experience supporting young people with Autism, Learning Disabilities, and behaviours that may challenge.
  • Current PMVA (or equivalent) training.
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Confident driving a manual mobility vehicle.
  • Excellent communication skills and a compassionate, person-centred approach.
