We're recruiting full-time and part-time Community Healthcare Assistants to support our clients at home. We have work available in Cheltenham, St Peters, St Marks, Gloucester, Tuffley, Fairford and surrounding areas.

Pay rates from £13.25 to £14.50 per hour, up to £18.50ph on a bank holiday. Typically earn between £530 and £725 per week depending on hours.

Flexible Work That Fits Around You

  • Mornings 7:00am - 2:00pm
  • Evenings 4:00pm - 10:00pm
  • Nights 10pm to 7am
  • Every other Weekend availability (with a focus on work-life balance)
  • Full-time and part-time roles available

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Personal care (washing, dressing, continence support)
  • Meal preparation and medication support
  • Encouraging independence through an outcome-focused approach
  • Companionship - making someone’s day brighter
  • Light household tasks
  • Working alongside families, Social Workers, Nurses and other professionals
  • Reporting changes and maintaining care records
