The Role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Recruitment Resourcer to join our team at our head office in Cheltenham. In this role, you will work alongside experienced consultants, focusing on sourcing candidates to build a strong pipeline that supports our current and future business needs. You will embody the Retain brand, uphold our values, communicate effectively with potential staff, and contribute to Retain's growth and development.
Main Duties And Responsibilities
- Creating compelling and effective job advertisements
- Utilizing innovative candidate sourcing methods
- Pre‑screening and shortlisting suitable candidates
- Scheduling interviews
- Managing a pipeline of candidates
- Ensuring candidate compliance
- Attending Job Fairs and Recruitment events
- Supporting marketing efforts
- Reporting recruitment data to management
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- Previous experience in similar role would be advantageous as well as driving licence
- Ambitious and Self‑Motivated
- An excellent communicator
- Well organised and have a high attention to detail
- A competent user of IT systems, Microsoft Office and databases
- Able to work to tight deadlines
