The Role
We are seeking a professional, sales-driven, and business development-focused Consultant to join our expanding team in Cheltenham. This exciting role involves managing existing client relationships while actively generating new business opportunities across Bristol, Bath, and the South West.
Main Duties And Responsibilities
- Focus on business development, identifying and engaging with potential new clients across Bristol, Bath, and the South West
- Conducting interviews and final candidate selection. You will work closely with a Recruitment Resourcer, who will provide administrative support and assist with initial candidate sourcing and background checks
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and candidates, ensuring high-quality service delivery
- Coordinate shift allocations and maintain accurate customer databases in a fast-paced environment
- Confidently request face-to-face meetings and build rapport with clients, clinical leads, and candidates
- Take weekday and weekend on-calls as required to support the team and boost earnings
