We’re recruiting full‑time and part‑time Community Healthcare Assistants to support our clients at home. Work is available in Cheltenham, St Peters, St Marks, Gloucester, Tuffley, Fairford and surrounding areas.

Pay rates from £13.25 to £14.50 per hour, up to £18.50 per hour on a bank holiday. Typical earnings range from £530 to £725 per week depending on hours.

Flexible Work That Fits Around You
We offer a flexible approach to shifts, including:
- Mornings 7:00 am – 2:00 pm
- Evenings 4:00 pm – 10:00 pm
- Nights 10 pm to 7 am
- Every other weekend availability (with a focus on work‑life balance)
- Full‑time and part‑time roles available
What You’ll Be Doing
- Personal care (washing, dressing, continence support)
- Meal preparation and medication support
- Encouraging independence through an outcome‑focused approach
- Companionship – making someone’s day brighter
- Light household tasks
- Working alongside families, social workers, nurses and other professionals
- Reporting changes and maintaining care records
