We’re recruiting full‑time and part‑time Community Healthcare Assistants to support our clients at home. Work is available in Bath, Radstock, Trowbridge and surrounding areas.

Pay rates from £13.65 to £14.65 per hour, up to £18.50 per hour on bank holidays.
Typical earnings: £530 to £725 per week, depending on hours.

Flexible Work That Fits Around You
We offer a flexible approach to shifts, including:
- Mornings 7:00 am – 2:00 pm
- Evenings 4:00 pm – 10:00 pm
- Nights 10:00 pm – 7:00 am
- Every other weekend availability (with a focus on work‑life balance)
Full‑time and part‑time roles available.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Support people in their own homes—helping them stay safe, independent and connected.
- Assist with personal care (washing, dressing, continence support)
- Meal preparation and medication support
- Encourage independence through an outcome‑focused approach
- Companionship—making someone’s day brighter
- Perform light household tasks
- Work alongside families, social workers, nurses and other professionals
- Report changes and maintain care records

Must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle (essential).
