We're recruiting full-time and part-time Reablement Support Workers for our clients at home following a stay in hospital. We have work available in Stroud and surrounding Areas.

We Offer a Flexible Approach To Shifts, Including.
- Mornings 8:00am – 2:00pm
- 4 days on, 4 days off (with a focus on work-life balance)
- Full-time and part-time roles available
- What You’ll Be Doing
As a Reablement Support Worker, you’ll support people in their own homes—helping people to maintain their independence in:
- Personal care (washing, dressing, continence support)
- Meal preparation and medication
- Encouraging independence through an outcome-focused approach following their reablement pathway
- Maintaining a safe environment
- Working alongside families, Social Workers, OT’s and Physiotherapy teams including other professionals to provide a therapeutic service
- Reporting changes and maintaining care records and people's progress on their reablement pathway
