We are recruiting for a Sales Associate for our Karl Lagerfeld Store in Westfield London.
Key responsibilities

- Customer Service
- Proactively engage, greet, and assist customers, creating a welcoming and luxurious shopping experience.
- Listen actively to understand customer needs and provide tailored recommendations.
- Demonstrate sales excellence through upselling, cross-selling, and relationship building to achieve individual and store targets.
- Offer styling advice and share product stories to inspire confident purchasing decisions.
- Handle customer complaints and requests professionally, ensuring high service standards are consistently met.
- Scan items, process payments, apply promotions, and issue receipts.
- Manage returns and ensure smooth checkout experiences.
- Support with the processing of Marketplace and Omnichannel orders, including picking, packing and processing of orders and returns.
- Stockroom Support
- Maintain product availability and organised stock areas, supporting efficient store operations.
- Collaborate with management to ensure smooth stock flow between the sales floor and the stockroom.
- Product Knowledge
Stay informed about product collections, materials, features, and brand stories.
- Educate customers to help them make informed purchasing decisions.
- Collect customer feedback to inform product offerings and improve service.
- Brand Representation
- Represent the brand’s values, mission, and products consistently.
- Communicate brand stories and stay updated on collections and initiatives.
- Take ownership of personal development by participating in training and e-learning modules.
- Support teammates by sharing product and styling knowledge.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous learning and mutual support.
- Safety & Security
- Maintain safety standards in aisles and stockrooms.
- Follow and enforce loss prevention policies and minimise inventory shrinkage.
- Promote a respectful and safe environment for colleagues and customers.
- Profile
- Minimum of 2 years of progressive Retail experience in a luxury/contemporary brand
Extensive experience and ability to lead the delivery of a high level of customer service in a Brand Retailer
Communicate honestly, openly, and constructively
Contribute to an inclusive culture of diverse styles and talents, working toward a clear purpose
Demonstrate flexibility and innovation in recognising and reacting to the changing business environment
