What we’re looking for:

  • Previous experience working in a restaurant, looking after tables of guests and creating memorable experiences.
  • A sharp eye for detail and a love for creating a polished, welcoming environment.
  • Experience with formal table service and guiding guests through premium food and drinks.
  • The ability to stay composed and professional during busy services or special events.
  • A true team player with a positive, proactive attitude.
  • A friendly, outgoing personality with a genuine love for hospitality.
  • Ability to stay calm, organised, and positive during busy services.
  • Strong teamwork skills and a willingness to support the wider venue.
  • Excellent communication and guest interaction skills.

  • Deliver fast, friendly, and memorable service in a high-energy yet premium rooftop environment.
  • Prepare and serve cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine.
  • Confidently recommend British dishes and beverages such as English Sparkling Wine, demonstrating knowledge of the menu.
  • Engage with guests to create great experiences and keep the atmosphere buzzing.
  • Work closely with chefs and managers to keep service running smoothly.
  • Ensure all front-of-house areas are spotless, organised, and welcoming.
  • Handle guest questions or concerns with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Work efficiently during high-volume services, parties, and special events.
  • Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and organised bar at all times.
  • Follow all licensing, health & safety, and hygiene standards.
