A new dining destination has opened within the iconic Olympia London, and we are seeking a talented Pastry Demi Chef de Partie to join the team. Be part of something from the very beginning.

As Pastry Demi Chef de Partie, you will support the pastry team in delivering high-quality desserts and baked goods, ensuring consistency, creativity, and attention to detail at every stage. You will play an important role in maintaining smooth kitchen operations, working collaboratively with both kitchen and front-of-house teams to create an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of desserts, pastries, and baked items
  • Maintain consistently high standards of quality, taste, and presentation
  • Support the day-to-day running of the pastry section during service
  • Contribute across all service periods, including breakfast, afternoon tea, and dinner
  • Ensure cleanliness, organisation, and food safety standards are upheld
  • Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and storage
  • Follow recipes and portion controls accurately
  • Communicate effectively with the wider team to ensure smooth service
  • Neat appearance, positive attitude, and strong work ethic
