Partnered with big brands like adidas, Samsung, John Lewis, Travelodge and Domino’s Pizza, we receive over 8 million visits per month. This is an ideal opportunity for a graduate or someone starting their career in CRM, digital marketing, or ecommerce. As a CRM Assistant, you’ll support the delivery of customer campaigns while also helping merchandise relevant products, offers, and voucher codes to our audience. The role combines CRM campaign execution with commercial merchandising responsibilities, helping ensure customers receive engaging content, strong product selections, and compelling deals that drive performance. You’ll work closely with CRM, Partnerships, Commercial, and Design teams, gaining hands‑on experience across campaign building, creative briefing, stakeholder management, and promotional merchandising. We’re looking for someone highly motivated, eager to learn, and excited to make an impact within a fast‑paced and collaborative environment. This is a hybrid role with one day a week based in our London office in Whitechapel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate across a 50:50 split between CRM campaign execution and product deal merchandising responsibilities, supporting both customer communications and commercially driven promotional activity.
  • Previous merchandising experience is not required; we’re looking for someone with a strong aptitude to learn quickly, a proactive mindset, and the motivation to develop within a fast‑paced ecommerce and CRM environment.
  • Support the building, QA, proofing, and scheduling of CRM campaigns.
  • Manage creative briefing processes and feedback loops with Design teams and stakeholders.
  • Assist with merchandising commercially relevant products, offers, and voucher codes within campaigns.
  • Help identify strong product and promotional opportunities to improve customer engagement and conversion.
  • Support campaign setup and operational processes across CRM activity.
  • Work collaboratively with Partnerships and Commercial teams to align campaigns with business priorities.
  • Contribute ideas for improving campaign performance, customer engagement, and merchandising execution.
  • Ensure campaigns are delivered accurately and on time with strong attention to detail.
