Nectar360 is a fast-growing and dynamic business, helping brands connect with customers through insight-led, customer-focused media solutions. Within the Argos Client Services team, you will be part of an exciting area that is shaping the future of retail media across one of the UK's most recognised digital and general merchandise retailers. The team works closely with Argos commercial teams, suppliers and wider Nectar360 colleagues to deliver impactful campaigns across on-site, off-site, above-the-line and targeted channels, helping suppliers reach customers in more relevant and effective ways. It is a brilliant opportunity to join a supportive, forward-thinking team where you can play a key role in driving revenue, building strong partnerships and developing innovative retail media solutions.

As Senior Client Manager, you will take ownership of a key general merchandise business unit, working with Argos buyers, commercial teams and supplier partners to deliver customer-centric media and activation plans. You will be responsible for developing collaborative relationships with a range of suppliers, understanding their priorities and helping them get the best possible value from the Argos media suite.

Day to day, you will lead the delivery of commercial plans that support shared revenue targets, ensuring activity is well planned, effectively executed and aligned to customer and business objectives. You will monitor campaign and supplier performance against agreed metrics, use data and insight to identify opportunities, and provide regular updates to key stakeholders. This role also includes line management responsibility for one or two colleagues, giving you the opportunity to support, coach and develop others while contributing to the success of the wider category team.

You will operate in a fast-paced, evolving retail media environment, where strong commercial judgement, clear communication and the ability to manage multiple priorities will be key. You will work across teams to optimise performance, improve ways of working and support the continued growth of Nectar360's partnership with Argos suppliers.

You will bring strong client management experience, ideally gained within retail, FMCG, general merchandise, media or a similarly commercial environment. You will be confident building trusted relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders, using your commercial understanding to shape plans that deliver value for customers, suppliers and the business.

You will be comfortable working with performance data, translating insight into clear recommendations and using this to influence decisions. You will also be someone who can work at pace, manage competing priorities and respond positively to change or ambiguity. With an ownership mindset, you will take accountability for delivery, anticipate risks and look for opportunities to improve performance and ways of working.

As a line manager, you will be able to support others through clear guidance, coaching and regular feedback. You will bring a collaborative, proactive approach and the confidence to challenge, negotiate and influence where needed, helping the team deliver strong outcomes in a growing and competitive retail media landscape.
