Role Purpose
The Shop & Operations Assistant supports the smooth day‑to‑day running of the boutique through strong customer service and operational admin support. This role picks up essential shop‑floor and back‑of‑house tasks, ensuring retail standards, customer experience and operational basics are consistently delivered.
Key Responsibilities
- Shop Floor & Customer Support: Deliver excellent customer service as a brand ambassador. Support daily shop‑floor standards: presentation, restocking and cleanliness. Assist customers with product advice and purchases.
- Retail Admin & Operational Support: Monitor boutique inboxes and respond to customer enquiries. Support packaging, online order processing and returns. Order retail supplies, packaging and shop consumables.
- Stock & Sample Coordination: Assist with stock replenishment and basic inventory checks. Support sample sending and returns for suppliers and press. Provide admin support for deliveries and operational routines.
Skills & Experience
- Experience in luxury retail, hospitality or customer‑facing roles.
- Highly organised, proactive and reliable.
- Confident handling admin tasks alongside shop‑floor responsibilities.
- Strong attention to detail and service standards.

- Smooth shop‑floor execution and strong customer experience.
