What you’ll be doing:
- Minimum 6 hours per week, with overtime up to 35 hours. Must be able to work any day and any time between 8am and 8pm.
- Deliver excellent customer service on the tills, website screens on the shopfloor and at the collection counter, ensuring a great shopping experience.
- Collect products from the stock area, take payments, provide details on financial service offerings and process refunds.
- Keep the stock room neat and tidy, restocking products from deliveries.
- Assist customers on the shop floor, answering questions and providing advice on a wide range of products.
- Build extensive knowledge of products, services and promotions to recommend items to customers.
