What you'll do:
- You’ll oversee the delivery of permanent signage projects, including creating store implementation packs to ensure first-class execution in-store.
- Maintain accuracy and control of artwork files and asset libraries.
- Create print briefs and track project progress to ensure key milestones are achieved for successful signage implementation.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external print suppliers, keeping projects aligned and moving forward efficiently.
Who you are:
You’re a detail-oriented and proactive professional with experience of design software, pre-press, artwork production and project coordination, particularly within a retail environment. Your ability to effectively communicate and collaborate, and maintaining project trackers, ensures the successful delivery of projects while upholding brand and specification standards. With a focus on continuous improvement and customer experience, you take ownership of tasks, offer smart solutions, and build positive relationships to drive project success. It is an advantage if you have experience in data analysis for trend spotting and simple dashboards.
Essential criteria:
- Basic working experience with design software such as InDesign and Photoshop.
- Proven ability to create, manage and quality-check artwork files, design assets or implementation packs, ensuring accuracy and adherence to brand and specification standards.
- Advanced user of Excel & PowerPoint.
- Experience maintaining project trackers, asset libraries or project documentation.
