As a Stock Assistant you’ll make sure our products are right where they need to be, ready for our customers in store when they visit our stores to shop or collect their online orders.

You must be over 18 and have held a full UK/EU driving licence for at least 12 months with no more than 6 points on it. You will complete an online driving risk assessment as part of your interview and, if you’re successful, there’ll be a driving assessment when you join us. You must have Right to Work eligibility in the UK and the ability to work a variety of shifts across the week.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Ensure our customers have a great shopping experience by picking stock quickly and efficiently to ensure they come back to us again and again.
  • Making sure that the stock room is neat and tidy, putting away deliveries and helping out on the shop floor as required.
  • Build great knowledge about our products, services and promotions to help provide recommendations.

You will also be a contingency driver:

  • Driving a 3.5 tonne van to deliver a variety of products to our customers' doorsteps, on-time and in great condition.
  • Completing checks to ensure the van is organised, clean and roadworthy, and that delivery cases are secure before getting out onto the road to drive safely in a variety of locations and conditions.
  • Serve our customers brilliantly, supporting with any questions and keeping them aware of any delays.
  • Confident in learning to use new technology to do your job brilliantly, comfortable driving a large vehicle in different locations from residential streets to country lanes.
