Your day will be spent overseeing and delivering cleaning and preparation of our Retirement Living Estate's communal areas, including cleaning all areas of our corridors, communal leisure and activity areas and some offices and empty properties. Ensuring that they are clean, safe and hygienic environments for our residents, staff and visitors to be in. Although you won't clean our residents' personal accommodation, there will be significant contact with our residents and visitors to the Estate, as such you will need to be sensitive to the needs and rights of residents during the cleaning and housekeeping processes. You'll be empathetic and have a compassionate nature to communicate with and understand the needs of our residents and wider team members.
