The Fragrance Shop at Westfield London is looking for enthusiastic, motivated and reliable Sales Consultants to join our team.We currently offer 4-hour contracts, with opportunities for additional hours during busy periods and peak trading times. Applicants must be available to work until 9:00 pm. No previous experience is required, as full training will be provided. About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and confident Sales Consultant to join our team at The Fragrance Shop. This role is perfect for someone passionate about customer service and interested in sales. You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional shopping experience while driving sales and promoting our wide range of fragrances.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service and create a welcoming in-store experience
- Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products
- Demonstrate strong product knowledge and enthusiasm for fragrances
- Drive sales by confidently promoting products, offers, and upselling where appropriate
- Maintain store standards, including cleanliness, organisation, and visual merchandising
- Process transactions accurately using the till system
- Work towards and achieve individual and store sales targets
What We're Looking For:
- A confident and outgoing personality
- A genuine interest in selling and achieving targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to approach and engage customers proactively
- Previous retail or sales experience is preferred but not essential
- A passion for fragrances or beauty products is a bonus
- Adaptable with a 'can-do' attitude
- Flexibility to include evenings and weekends. Applicants must be available to work until 9:00 pm.
