Key Responsibilities

As a Scribbler Team Member, you will need to provide first-class customer service, use a computerised till, support your manager with day-to-day tasks, be willing to take on additional responsibilities in their absence, and generally be an all-round brand ambassador.

• Bring humour, warmth, and personality to every customer interaction.
• Help customers find the perfect cards, gifts, and hilarious bits they never knew they needed.
• Keep the shop floor looking fabulous - tidy, welcoming, and full of feel-good vibes.
• Stay on top of trends in memes, pop culture, and TV so you can connect with customers naturally.
• Work collaboratively with the team to create a fun, positive, and energetic store atmosphere.
