As part of our Production team, you’ll help create the fresh viennoiseries, sandwiches and salads our customers love. Mon - Sun Flexible shifts

Main Responsibilities

  • Crafting fresh, delicious products – you’ll prepare and serve a range of PAUL favourites, always maintaining our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Creating exceptional customer experiences – whether you’re assembling sandwiches or baking croissants.
  • Being a supportive teammate means working closely with colleagues, helping wherever needed and contributing to a positive, productive atmosphere.
  • Following our production and safety standards, you’ll uphold our food safety practices and production processes, ensuring consistency and excellence in every item prepared.
  • Getting stuck in where it counts – from daily tasks to occasional extras, you’ll follow management guidance and help keep the shop running smoothly.
