What you’ll be doing:

• Provide friendly, efficient, and high‑quality customer service to all guests.
• Take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure a smooth dining experience.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming front‑of‑house environment.
• Support barista duties when required, including preparing hot drinks to standard.
• Handle customer queries professionally and positively.
• Work closely with the team to ensure fast‑paced service during busy periods.
• Follow all health, safety, and hygiene procedures.
• Represent Master Bao’s values through excellent service and a positive attitude.

Skills & Attributes:

• Previous experience in a front‑of‑house, café, or hospitality environment.
• Strong customer‑service skills and confidence when interacting with guests.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced setting.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to take initiative.
• A positive attitude and willingness to support the team.
• Good communication skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Passionate about great food and enthusiastic about delivering excellent service.
