The McDonald’s Fast-Paced Hospitality Apprentice (Level 2) is a 15-month program combining on-the-job training with structured learning to earn a Food and Beverage Team Member qualification. Apprentices work 30 hours a week (including weekends) in a high-energy role, delivering customer service, preparing food, and maintaining hygiene standards while receiving support from a mentor and manager.

- Role & Training: You will work as a Crew Member, learning all aspects of restaurant operations—from food prep to customer service—while completing a Level 2 Apprenticeship in Food and Beverage.

- Qualifications & Support: You will gain a recognised qualification, with mentorship to support your development and prepare you for the End Point Assessment.
