CALZEDONIA Sales Assistant- CALZEDONIA

Calzedonia is currently seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Sales Assistant who will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and contributing to a positive team environment. Positions are available across several of our West London stores, including Westfield London, Kensington High Street, King’s Road, and additional locations.

As a strong communicator who enjoys working with the public, the Sales Assistant is responsible for:

• Delivering excellent customer service to all customers
• Establishing relationships with customers
• Introducing add-ons, promotions, and upcoming events to enhance the customer experience
• Assisting customers in fitting rooms, providing measuring and fitting services when requested
• Prioritising customer needs while performing any task within the store
• Operating cash registers with accuracy, ensuring a professional service and clear explanation of offers and discounts
• Reporting any transaction discrepancies to the Store Manager
• Adhering to cash handling rules and regulations
• Maintaining the store’s cleanliness in compliance with Health & Safety regulations
• Ensuring merchandise is displayed correctly according to company guidelines
• Staying vigilant about store security and reporting any suspicious behaviour to the appropriate personnel
• Assisting in any area of the store as requested by the Store Manager, including stock room duties
• Performing additional duties as needed to support the smooth running of the business
