Are you confident managing customer enquiries and ensuring a smooth, well organised service experience? We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to handle vehicle bookings, coordinate with the workshop, and keep customers updated throughout the repair process. Strong communication skills, efficiency, and the ability to manage a busy workload are essential for success in this role.

How You'll Contribute:

  • Guiding customers through the process of servicing their vehicle.
  • Delivering high levels of customer service, you will find their requirements and advise on cost, timescale and arranging courtesy cars.
  • Liaising with Technicians, keeping customers informed of their vehicles progress throughout the day and gaining authority for extra work and invoicing.

About You:

  • A clean UK driving license.
  • Knowledge of CDK Drive, Kerridge, SAF.
  • Previous experience in a Service Advisor role.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Good mechanical awareness and understanding of cars and parts.
  • Highly organised with excellent time management skills.

Working Hours & Pay:

Monday to Friday, 8am - 6pm with an hour lunch break. Saturday mornings (8:30am - 12:30pm), on a rota, paid as overtime.
