Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester at Renault Watford (WD18) with a salary of £39,000 pa plus uncapped bonus and overtime. Benefits include:

What You’ll Do:

  • Carry out routine servicing, repairs, maintenance, and MOT testing
  • Complete diagnostic work and fault-finding in line with manufacturer standards
  • Follow workshop processes and manufacturer guidelines
  • Road-test vehicles where required (full manual driving licence needed)

What We’re Looking For:

  • Level 3 Motor Vehicle qualification
  • MOT Tester licence (Class 4 and 7); assistance provided if not held
  • Calm, professional approach with clear communication
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a workshop team
  • Full UK manual driving licence (manual and automatic vehicles)

Hours & Pay:

  • 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm with a 30-minute lunch break
  • 1-in-4 Saturday mornings (8:30 am – 12:30 pm), paid at time-and-a-half
  • Welcome bonus payable following completion of 6-month probation period
