Overview

Vehicle Progressor – Renault Enfield, Enfield, EN1

Salary: £25,000 per annum + bonus. 5-day week, 40 hours.

Role

This will be a customer service, progress-chasing and problem-solving role working alongside our Car Sales teams and based at our showroom in Enfield, EN1.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out varied dealership duties including driving, vehicle logistics administration and vehicle preparation to support the Sales Department.
• Check the condition of new vehicles as they arrive on the transporter; record damage or missing parts; arrange preparation and valeting/cleaning of vehicles ready for handover; ensure all vehicles are parked safely and in retrievable locations.
• Carry out handover exchanges of returned Company cars and associated admin; take payment for any damages on returned vehicles.
• Assist the sales team with showroom and outdoor forecourt display standards.
• Interact daily with customers, the sales team, valeting staff and the service department who conduct pre-delivery checks on sold vehicles.
• Be responsible for customer & stock vehicles, car keys, safe vehicle parking, and reporting defects or shortfalls in items/equipment or anything that may infringe on health and safety.

Qualifications

• Full and clean UK Driver’s licence, with no more than 6 points, held for at least one year for insurance purposes.

Hours

• 5 days per week on rota
• One regular weekday off per week on weeks where Saturday work is on the rota
• 8:30am to 5:30pm on weekdays
