Renault Retail Group is looking for an experienced Used Car Sales Manager to lead our Used Car department at Renault Enfield, based on Crown Road (EN1). This is a leadership opportunity within a manufacturer‑owned retail group, where managers are trusted to take ownership of their department, contribute beyond day‑to‑day operations, and help shape how the business performs over the long term.

What You’ll Do

  • Leading and developing a team of Used Car Sales Executives, a Business Manager, and supporting colleagues.
  • Managing all used car sales processes in line with company standards, agreed budgets, and commercial objectives.
  • Overseeing stock mix, pricing strategy, and vehicle age profile, with a focus on sustainable profitability rather than volume‑only targets.
  • Working closely with the Business Manager to ensure FCA‑compliant finance, insurance, and add‑on journeys that support both customer outcomes and department performance.
  • Maintaining high standards of presentation, display, and local marketing activity.
  • Reviewing performance through regular reporting, weekly management updates, and monthly regional business reviews.
  • Taking ownership of department‑specific projects and initiatives that improve performance, processes, or customer experience.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Used Car Sales Manager within a franchised main dealer environment.
  • A consistent track record of delivering profitable used car operations.
  • A leadership style that is calm, structured, and supportive, with the ability to coach and develop teams.
  • Strong commercial awareness, balancing margin, stock turn, customer satisfaction, and operational resilience.
  • Confidence working with senior stakeholders and contributing to wider business discussions.
  • A full UK driving licence.
  • Experience operating within North London, Hertfordshire, Essex, or along the A10/M11 corridors is helpful but not essential.
