Renault Swansea is looking for a Vehicle Progressor to join our busy dealership on Fendrod Way, Swansea (SA7 9DG). We’re looking for someone who is keen to start a career in the automotive industry, so no previous experience required as we are happy to offer full training to the successful candidate. Please note a full clean UK driving licence is required for this role.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Checking the condition of part exchanges and purchased vehicles as they arrive at the dealership and ensuring their prompt progression through mechanical and cosmetic preparation.
- Producing professional vehicle images and video to create online adverts.
- Hand over and receive all returned ECOP vehicles ensuring all relevant paperwork is completed and payment taken for any damages on returned vehicles.
- Undertake all ad hoc driving duties as requested to maximise customer satisfaction and the efficiency of the Sales Department.
What You’ll Bring
- Previous experience in a sales or customer service role preferable but not essential.
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to deliver outstanding customer service
- Organised and efficient
- Ability to prioritise own workload
- Strong attention to detail
- Computer literate and ability to use online systems
- A full UK driving licence
Working pattern
You’ll be working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday 8.30am-6pm with 30 mins for lunch.
